Father, mother, a child came to the US in November 2000. In March 2001 father's boss signed the papers to sponsor the family. The child was 18 years old at this time. Now she is almost 23 years old. Is it possible that she can get a Green Card with her parents even if she is over 21 (the case is still pening, they have no EAD)? A few lawyers said yes, a few said no, because the petition was no exactly for her and the petition is not family-based. Is it possible that she can have/find another sponsor just now? I assume she is covered by 245(i).

Thanks for your suggestions.
