ok guys, the interviewing said that she couldn't approve my case because my mother is not a PR yet, and since she went on her interview two months ago once she's approve then i'll be approved.
MY Question is that i'm over 21, and i'm not justing under my mother...my stepfather is petitioning me.
any thoughts
 
did your mom's marriage to your stepfather happen before you turned 18?

if yes, and your application was separated, and you didn't come here on K2, hmm - why weren't you approved?
 
yeah my mom married my stepdad before my 18th B-day. I didn't come here on a visa, i came illegally when i was 12. And thats what i don't get since, i've waiting 6 years for my PD to become current, while my mom have been going on interviews.
 
My PD was 30 April, 01. Family first category (1A). My PD became current in January, then I filed all my application Feb 10, 07.
