hi friends

my I-40 case status is showing like

your I140 IMMEGRANT PETETION FOR ALIEN WORKER was recieved on july 8,2002, we mailed a recipt with the information about processing, it is taking between 30 and 360 days for us to process this kind of case..we will mail you a decision as soon as processing is coplete..

My case is in EB3..but in the immegation portal diffrent categories r there..like E12,E11,E13..etc..which one should I see..

it's almost 11 months..I am not sure should I get my I-140 or not.
but I recieved my EAD''s and AP..
Please let me know ur thoughts..and also any body is there july cases..Thanks friends

VSC is processing Sept 11 2002 for I-140

I am not sure what they are processing currently..

Means

If the VSC is processing 09 dosen't really means they cleared all revious apps. It is just that the latest they are doing is in this date range.

They might have some people working on the 07 some on 08.

Hope this helps.

It will come through guys just hang in there for a couple of days!!!!

Also it might gets faster because the telephone line is gone so more time on processing.
