Here is my situation:
I am completing my 5 years of NIW service by the end of this month.
I am planning to submit following documents:
1.Original RFE that I had received initially after 1 year of service.
2.Employer letter stating 5 years of service completion
3.Last 3 years tax returns
4.Latest pay stub
5.Medical Examination
I am under EB2 category from India.
Had submitted initial evidence of 1 year service completion.I haven't received any new RFE, so going to use the same RFE that I had received initially.
For my wife, what do I need to submit?Had submitted her initial I140 and I485 with me.
She has used her EAD last year to do some medical research and got paid for it.Also, she is going to start residency this July on EAD.
Can someone who has gone through 5 years of NIW waiver advise please?
