Steps in Filing AC21

All,

I have changed my JOB in jan 2004 after filing I 485 in Dec 2002 (>180 days). I have couple of questions on this.

I485 WAC-03-033****
RD Dec 17th 2002
ND Dec 18th 2002

I have the copies of I 140 apporoval notice and LC receipt copy.

1. Should I File AC21 or wait for RFE (if at all any).

Can some one guide me in the steps on filing AC21 so that I can be ready if at all any RFE Comes. Can I file AC21 on my own of use a lawyer?.

----- file the AC21 dont wait for RFE if they send RFE then they ask long list of documents

Can I file AC21 on my own of use a lawyer?
--------1 you need to write a letter to USCIS about your Intent change and to work permanently after I-485 approval with new employer XYX
2 you need a letter from new employer that should state that they have future permanent job offer for you in same job duties/skills as on past employer ABCD approved LC
3 attach your I-485 filing reciept
you can do it your selp look for the thread posted by me "Sample AC1 letter" 1 month back
or let the YOUR lawyer do it fill up G28 with him and also let new lawyer represent you, and also update USCIS for your new address on I-485 so that you get FP notice to your address
** if you dont hire your lawyer then I-485 approval or any RFE will go to lawyer who filed your I-485
