Steps an employer needs to take when an H-1B employee quits

Hello,

Can you please advise on what an employer needs to do when an H-1B employee quits?

1. Does USCIS need to be informed? If so, how? Is there some form to be filled?
2. Does the notification to USCIS need to happen within a specific time frame? Like within some days of the employee leaving, or within some days of the last paycheck to the employee?
3. Anything else that an employer needs to do, in regards to the USCIS or the employee who is leaving?

------Not a must.

------- you dont need to inform USCIS. if you dont have job for him and person is going back to home country you need to provide Air ticket and his/her wages. if Employee is joining other employer you dont have to pay for Air ticket.

3. Anything else that an employer needs to do, in regards to the USCIS or the employee who is leaving?
