Stay w/ the same company for 6 more month after 485 approval?

Is it true that we have to stay w/ the same company for 6 more months after 485 approval?

No, it is not true, it may help when you apply for Citizenship, just to prove that your EB GC was not a fraud.
 
I read somewhere that while citizenship interview ( this happens after 5 years of GC) the officer will give a serious look at your stay with While-GC-stamp employer. so if you want to be a safer Citizenship holder of USA .. then give some 6 months time... (however there is no clarification for how many months you should stay). better search in google.
