Stay on H1B after 485 approval

I know below questions may sound typical, but please answer if know it.

I want to know, how many days can anyone stay on H1b from the day 485 is approved. Staying on H1b for a month will be fine. Will employer know immediately once it is approved.

And also can we invoke AC21 immediately after 485 is approved.

You are not "staying on H1B' for even a single millisecond after your I-485 is approved. You are a permanent resident. Wether you tell your employer or not is up to you, and there's no penalty for you if you don't.

And also can we invoke AC21 immediately after 485 is approved.

That's a huge grey area of the law, and I doubt that anyone outside of USCIS can give you a definitive answer. All of the AC21 provisions for I-485 portability talk about this happenning before the I-485 is approved.
