Stauts Change 485 RFE - Need clarification

Hi All,

I had got an RFE on 485 in april 2006 and my lawyer replied in may, USCIS received my application on May 24 and i got a status change email, saying they have received the documents.
Now today i receive an email from USCIS saying the below.

"On June 1, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case" from here it same as usual in other responses.

Have any of you guys received such message in the staus of your case. What does this indicate. Please share your thoughts i am really worried. It doesn't tell about approval. and again i have this para below in the stauts.

"If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center."

congrats. your case is approved (200%). this message comes only after approval.

can you post your details like EB cat, PD, RD, ND and all other details

I140 Filed : June 30 2005
I140 RFE : Produce education evaluation
I140 Approved : 09/14/2005
I485 RD : 10/11/2005
1st EAD and AP(Both Me and My Wife): 11/11/2005
I485 RFE: For Me and My Wife 04/06/2006

The following are the RFE for Myself
1) Submit evidence of work authorizations since 2000
2) Copy of I-94 arrival/departure record
3) Copies of all I797 petitions/approvals
4) Birth Certificate showing applicant name and parent name
5) Educational certificates if passed 10th grade.

For My Wife:
1) Supplement for medical( I had to get this done because when we first submitted our medical records, my wife did not take 2 vaccinations as she was pregenant)
2) Birth Certificate showing applicant name and parent name.

USCIS received RFE response from Lawyer : 05/24/06
LUD changed : 05/26/06 (Saying the response is received)
Next LUC Changed : 06/02/06 Stauts : On June 1, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case

My RFE response was received by NSC USCIS on May 25th. Thank you for your help.

And yes you are 200% approved.

I am really not sure where is the Officer code on RFE, I am not seeing anything like that. If you could let me know the place to see, i can see and let you know.
