My green card was approved about 5 years ago. I got a status update email from uscis yesterdat saying that your case has been transferred and pending. Looks like some system error, any one had similar experience ?

Ignore it and move on with your life. You have the actual card in your hands, I presume.

Yes, I do have the card.

No, I dont have another application. I worked only for one company.
