Status While appealing for H1 Denial

Hello Everyone,

Greetings. I was in F1. My OPT got expired and H1 also got denied. Now my employer is planing to appeal with supporting documents.


[*]I would like to know whether I could stay legal here in US. If so what will be my status

[*]Am I able to work here until I get the decision from AAO officer?

Very urgent please help me out.
