Mahagurus,
I have a question. One of my friends received approval notices last Saturday (15th May) for his as well as his wife's case. They are in WAC03092 series. But the curious thing is his attorneys have still not got the original and the online status has not changed at all to reflect the approval.
He waiting to get the original from the attorney before going for stamping.

Is there anything to be concerned about.

An approval notice in hand is worth its weight in gold. It can be taken
to the local USCIS center to do the deed. Then everything is over.

Who cares a damn about the online status?
 
If the approval notice came directly from the USCIS it should be an original and it is all that they need, if what they received was an email then they probably should contact them on the phone to know what is going on...
 
Congratulations to your friend. Your friend is really lucky. If he has got original approval letter USCIS and he should get his passport stamped. He can go for stamping himself with all documents. The sooner he gets stamping the better. Do not wait for online status change. Sometimes it will be updated later or may not be updated for a long time.
