Status update and question: EAD/AP approval (CSC Concurrent)

Received bunch of e-mails from USCIS two days ago regarding the approvals both for myself and spouse.

Question:

. Received one set of e-mails saying card has been ordered (for EAD case)
. Received another set of e-mails (next day) saying approval notice has been
sent (again for EAD case)

Does this mean that the EAD cards have been mailed ?

------ EAD card has been made and sent by Mail, you may get EAD card in 3-5 days from the message
Does this mean that the EAD cards have been mailed ?
