I think people have attached the Excel file many times. Run 'Macro 140 scan' in it. Provide your date/range. Just bear this point in mind range >500 gives errors.

Thanks but you didnt understand the question... We know that we can scan the number ranges, but the question is how to scan the list of EAC numbers instead of scanning number ranges.
The macro already does it. When scanned the first time it creates a worksheet with the name of yy-ddd with all the I140 cases.
The next time you want to scan do not delete that worksheet, just run the macro again - it will scan only the case numbers in the worksheet that are not approved.
