I am new to this 485 forum..So I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question.
140/485 filed concurrently on 12/10/2002. 140 was approved last week (6/24/2004), after almost 20 months. FP done in Feb 2003. My 485 case status shows the usual message.
"On February 7, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case."
However, it has a last update date of 1/19/2004, which is almost 10 months after the FP was received. Does this date have any significance ? Also, since my 140 was not approved until last week, is it possible that 140 and 485 were adjudicated concurrently (as per that new memo) ?
