Status of (PERM) LC - EB2

Hi,

I have applied for (PERM) LC in the first week of Sep-05. When can I expect the outcome from USCIS ?

Is there any way I can check the status of (PERM) LC without my employer's help ?

Hello,
The PERM is related to DOL not USCIS. As far as the status is concerned, you can request your employer to create a sub account for you, so that you can check your status. Neither your Attorney, nor you are suppose to have access to the employer's PERM account.
