Status of I-140

I've recently checked my I-140 status in uscis.gov. I noticed that last update column has changed from '06/08/04' to '02/11/2005' , does it mean they opened my case & working on it. But they have not modified the status which I'm attaching below.

Status: 'Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on June 8, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.'

Any body has experienced the same !. Please let me know what will happen in this scenario.

Can you give us details about you? Are u EB3 or EB2? What is ur PD? Have you applied for EAD/AP recently?

Hi SKP,

If they are not working on your case, why do they change LUD frequently?. Are they waiting for I-485 to be ready to adjudicate?. May be, their minds r still set to concurrent processing mode.

Did you get any RFE!.
