Status letter says "Card Needs Photos, Fingerprints and Signature"

My attorney called into the TSC and this generated a letter that gasve the detils of the case in terms of who generatede an enquiry, when, SRC number etc.

and a one line Status of the case that says:
"Card Needs Photos, Fingerprints and Signature".
Called into the 800 number and they have no clue what this one liner status means.

My attorney called into the center and she was told that this means a FP notice will be generated "SOON".....

Has anyone else seen this kind of letter?
Any advice here?

Forgot to mention... no update on the uscis website though about this letter against my online case status.

Seems like they are trying to say (in criptic broken english) that your case is approved, but they still need you to get fingerprints, a picture and a signature.

Strange.
 
1-800 inquiry not always reliable

I didn't receive anything with such message but the response to my first 1-800 inquiry was not correct. It said that they were not processing cases filed on my ND when in fact my ND was current. That tells me that this method of inquiry is not reliable.
