I was holding H1B since last 4 years and my wife was on H4 till 4 weeks ago. She was doing part time associate degree and completed 1 semester. Since, summer is off semester for her we cant apply for f1/f2. so applied for B2 to maintain our status.
(1) Now, do someone recommend that we stay here and apply for F1
for her for Fall semester and F2 for myself and continue jon search?
(2) What are the chances to get H1 after applying for F2? (assuming if i get
job offer)
(3) Am I subject to H1 quota again?
(4) Is any other suggestion?
