I was on H4 and a company applied for my H1 and got it approved in Oct 2004. But till date I haven't worked for the company nor have requested SSN(6 months) and neither have travelled. The H1's I94 states its valid from 10/2004 to 09/2007.
Do I have worry this while in US or while travelling?
Also, my H4 is expiring(3yrs) and hence an extension has been filed. Please advice.
