Status Inquiry for Oath - Garden City Office?

Does any one has experience asking status inquiry for Oath letter in Garden City Office? Any input appreciated?
(phone #, sample Status Inquiry letter, any experience).
Any advice what to say and to whom at Garden City Office?

Didn't know if this would be helpful to you instead of trying to contact the local office...

What is your timeline? How long has it been since your interview...I have an upcoming interview at Garden City and would be interested to know the time it takes from interview to Oath - keep us posted!

Thank you ratrat. I am done with Oath and now citizen of US. But my friend is waiting for Oath letter for the last 4 months. No info from Graden City yet? The officer told my friend that you will get your letter within 2-3 months.

Just to let you know that some people like me got their Oath letter same day at Garden City.

Thanks for the info, it's good to hear that some people get the Oath letter on the same day, but also frustrating to see that Garden City does not have a standard procedure for these things...

Did you check with the FBI beforehand to see if your fingerprint and name checks were completed?

Did your friend do this too? My guess is that maybe your friend's name check is not done yet?

I never checked with FBI for name check before interview. I think it is not useful to check before the interview. My experience is that the officer check your clearnace on their Office computers and print out papers. If you get clear right there, you don't need to wait. But for common names they do check thoroughly.
My firend also never checked with fbi for name check. Usually one should check after 6 months delay in Oath notification.
