Hi all,
How long will the status inquiry by Customer service center rep take ? He said it will take anywhere between 3-4 weeks.I initiated status inquiry today.

I see that you invoked ac21. what all did you do to invoke ac21. did you get a copy of labor filing/approval and i140 approval from your original employer? are these needed/
