Anyone has initiated 2nd time immedialy after 60 days?
Is the response same as first one you response is already received?

FYI... I just did one more.
 
Hi friends,

I did it for my kid.
1st inquery on 09/21/2004 - NCSC.
2nd inquery on 12/23/2004 - VSC.
3rd inquery on 01/05/2005 - VSC.

1st inquery was useless. I think 2nd inquery was working becasue FP notice was issued on 12/29/2004.

I generate my status inquiry today again after 60 days waiting......

I was passing each day by counting and counting

Do while 485=Approved
day=day + 1
Loop

But I dont know I was in loop now they told me again I need to wait 30 days more......

Gods knows when this loop will terminate.

second inquiry

Hello friends... I have been reading the post for a couple of days.... I did my second inquiry on 7th jan and am still waiting for the results. My first call to the customer service center was in November and the LUD and status changed to 11-11-2004, " On November 8, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283." respectively.Well I didnt recieve a response so decided to call them again.

My Info :
EB3, RIR, Concurent, VSC
140 approved
485 pending with RD:03-07-2003 :(
EAD approved second time
AP approved second time
FP done twice
Have travelled on AP both times
