Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system

Hi all,

When I am trying to check my AP status online and also through Phone Line, I get this message saying:

Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system.

What should I do?? How to know my case status? Should I call BCIS??

My Notice Date is also 25 March, 03

SillyMan, PCEE, and others, please suggest me.

If you were able to find status before and not able to find it now, then don't worry about it, some times while BCIS updating online records for some time one may get "not found" message. Check after few hours and it should be there.

If it is always is the case (not found on line all along) then probably you should call BCIS to find out what happened to your case.

Hope you entered your number correctly to check the status.

Yea apparently NCSC and AVM are hooked to the same DB now, and that db drops offline (?) at times. Try again later.

Actually at the day of filing AP, status of my Application is not coming on BCIS site.

But my status came on this #: 1-949-831-8427.
As now this # is no more, so we have to use this BCIS 1-800-#. Both 1-800-# and site have the same messages saying: staus is not found.

Because my ND is 25 March, so my case may approve at any time..

I have tried to Call BCIS 1-800 # also, but I cant speak to anybody as I feel bore after a long wait..
