status for this receipt not found

Hi all,

I checked my case status using the phone and it says "status for this receipt not found " . From the web i can see the old message and that the LUD was last changed on 08/19 . It also changed on 08/18 .

Any idea why it is so . My priority dates are not current . Generally i check from website but just checked using phone and was surprised to hear that .

Any one else having the same issue ?? Any guess why there is a difference ?

For my wife's case it tells the same status as it is on the website . so for her case no issue .
 
are you sure that you are June 2002 EB3 and you filed 485????

yes my PD is june 2002 , EB3 India and i filed my 485 in July 2003 when
priority dates were current for everyone .
