Due to heightened security, cases have been taking longer than is indicated
in the JIT report. This case is waiting for a response from our standard
security checks. You will be notified when a decision has been made.

Looks like a canned resonse.

That was a good response rather than it went to advanced screening and micomanagement of the case . May be it is true. So once the security check is done they will approve the case.

I guess I should activate the FBI inquiry if there is where my case is stuck.

The reply is some what not even a 'canned' for 140.
His lawyer had inquired about 140,as per message.Secuity checks plays only at 485 and nothing to do with 140.
Wierd are the ways of CIS.

Even though yours is not a true Concurrent application. My thinking here is that they will approve your 140 and 485 together, and your 485 name check is remaining.
