I talked to NCS - National Customer Service and they raised an enquiry on my case. My RD is May 25, 2001 and current processing date is July 13, 2001 (per AILA).

NCS confirmed my address, name, country of citizenship, A#, 485 category and replied that I should be getting something in mail in 3 to 4 weeks.

It took 11 minutes to get someone online with NCS. One thing I noticed that, they still had previous processing date of June 13, 2001. Hopefully they will update soon.

Does anyone have experience with such enquiry? How long do they take to respond?

They wouldn't send in an inquiry when I called yesterday because they were still showing 6/13 instead on 7/16 processing time. How did they agree to do that for you? I mentioned AILA had the new processing time but it didn't help. Guess I will call back when the new dates show up on TSC's website.

Today, I was lucky to get someone online within 11 minutes. He asked me the date and I told him May 2001. He immediately said that he would raise an enquiry. As I wanted him to do exactly the same, I did not stop him. He did asked me the date two times during conversation and I maintained my answer May 2001.

Anyway, its a matter of a day before BCIS's website shows the recent dates.
