status change without paystubs

My Question is :

I want to convert from H1 to H4. I don't have recent paystubs, they are 6 months old paystubs. If i do premium H4 processing will they even check for latest paystubs ? because i heard
if you do premium H1 visa processing from company A to Company B, BCIS is not asking about paystubs even if you don't have Company A paystubs they are approving the case. Please reply

BCIS need the paystubs if you do H1 premium processing. where did you read that BCIS does not need pay stubs for H1 transfer?

That was PNB1 question so so I was asking if it is true
