Status Change from H4 to H1

I am Currently in H4. Employer X has filed my H1. If my H1 Approved do I need to go back to India and Stamp it befor start working.

My husband's Labor has been cleared last week. My Status change will create any problem while applying 485. Waiting for valuable replies

No need of stamping now , but if you intend to travel you need it.
