Statistical impressions

Has anybody had an impression on what kind of cases are faster and no RFE approved? Let's say in regards to age, sex, company size, company position etc.

The fact that CIS is processing cases (in reality) from end of 2001 till Nov 2002 makes me believe it is not just the date that matters here.

npnjan02 - Sorry to say this but attempting to fathom any logic in NSC/USCIS is akin to the proverbial "fool's errand". One will only be wasting precious time and energy and split hairs on this without a clue on what they are up to. Almost every month they come out with a ludicrous idea to make an already unfair & illogical system even more unfair & illogical.

THere is no pattern that can be established for any preferred approval based on age, sex, company size, company position etc. ... unfortunately....

Guys, you give CIS too much credit... after all they are following procedures, and in these procedures there's only few factors (I mentioned above) that could matter. What do you think they're - some evil magicians, or immoral judges that rule based on their daily mood?...

Yes, the system is unfair and even if there was a statistical figure, it still wouldn't matter - your case may not fall into any category.

You are absolutely right about "wasting precious time and energy and split hairs on this without a clue on what they are up to", but say if rupnet statistics represented more data, one could draw some conclusions, and yet again this wouldn't mean much. Does it mean much now that we know rupnet??? Believe whatever you want.
