Statement of reason - clarification

Hi,

I am about start the process of wavier. I have 2 questions:

(1) I would like to know "a statement for reasons for not fulfilling HRR to DOS" and ""A statement demonstrating why the exchange visitor is eligible to receive a waiver of the two-year"?" are same?

(2) What are the documents I need to submit along with application form for case no (DOS).

It is the same, DOS uses different wording somimes, as they move to online and change the DS 3035 forms you'll see different wordings.

The baisc idea is for the applicant, to describe to, and convince the reviewer why he wants and a waiver. Be simple, conherent, straighforward, and absolutely honest (do not for example say because I like it here ort my country is bad, or I will be unemployed, or won't make a 100K back there :D ,etc...) .


To apply follow the online instructions and 2 packets (PDF) will be generated follow their instructions. You'll need to return the DS3035 form + DS-2019 (formerly IAP-66) + statement of reason + BARDCODE + fees + 2 envelopes (self addressed and stamped) back to DOS. The second packet (simply BARDCODE page) will be sent to your embassy to be sent back to DOS by them along with the letter of no objection. Then you'll have to sit back and wait...

Soory!

I think I misread your #2 question,

To apply online you'll need to fill many pages and need the following info (you'll be asked for it whne applying online):
- Passport info
- VISA info from passport
- All your DS-2019 (or IAP-66)

That is it.
