state disabilty and AOS

we are blessed with Baby girl recently , My wife who is on H1 works for consulting firm who do not have disablity benefit . NJ state gives disabilty benefits for pregnancy . does anybody know if H1 holder or a person who filed for AOS can take advantage of this , are they implication in GC process ??

Congrats on your new baby,as far as I know state disability is a insurance,premium for which is deducted from your paycheck.So I do not see a problem if you claim the insurance as your wife is under medical disability due to pregnency for which you must be having your doctor records.I would not see that as a negative on your GC,but anybody with experiance of having used the same could correct me.
