Iam starting a new thread for EB2/EB3 cases which has I485 pending because of "sECURITY check" and not the namecheck . If it is useful we can have namecheck also included in this list .Please add according to order of reciept date so it is easy to read

I wonder why we float these trackers and threads everyweek to track the same cases... just curious..why not use the old threads...
 
Do you know of any threads ? If so let me know the ID .I will update it here or vice versa. The problem is once the GC is approved not too many people are due diligent to update whats happening.

I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 06/18/2005 (address change).

gc_men, can you elaborate this a little bit ?
Your lawyer's inquiries actually triggered additional checks ???
I'm wondering if frequent inquiry can affect the case adversely...
