Starting Limited Liability Company while in H1B

Hi guys, I am in H1B right Now. EB2 category I140 approved. I 824 applied to go to CP for GC. I talked with Lawyer, Can i able to start a LLC company while i am in H1B ?.

I not sure how different LLC is from Incorporated. You can certainly incorporate a company (Inc.).
