Starting Company on Interim EAD

I have filed my I140 & 485 in Jan'2004 and i have recieved my interim EAD. I have also obtained SSN for my wife ( who is currently on H4 Visa).

I have a question. Can my wife start a LLC/Incorporation and start doing business with the Interim EAD she had obtained.

If this is not possible,How long should we wait before she uses her EAD for something like this.

I have my H1b visa until 2007.I have recieved my interim EAD but the I140 and I 485 petitions are still pending and i believe it would take another 12 months for I140 to clear. Under this case, If I starts using her EAD for starting a company and down the lane if the I140 gets rejected, then would she/I become out of status. What is the normal/guggested trend that people start using interim EAD for business purpose.
