I'm a US Citizen, born here, and am interested in starting a partnership with a friend from Israel on a E-1 Visa. I understand he can only work for the company who has sponsored him. He would continue to work for that company full-time, but on the side, would start the partnership with me (in the same kind of business) Would he able to do this?
