Not using the old thread (starting a new thread) is counter-productive because you (and others) will get smaller window of information.

Per online status RFE was issued on May21st. I still haven't received it yet!! Neither my lawyer did! I am knocking all the doors to get that silly letter which needs some crap info from me. But nothing works. If you call them after 14 days as the message says, you will replied that you have to call them only after 30 days of issuance of this RFE. If you still haven't got it, you have to wait for another 30 days to make an inquiry. That means 60 days after the original date
Thats not it. If you call them even on 29th day they will tell you to call after 30 days. If you ask them back that when the 30 days are over, they say they don't know. When asked how do they know what day I am in, they say the system doesn't show that!!!! USCIS sucks

Sorry to hear that! You might want to contact your previous lawyers, if any. Good Luck. If already waited for 30 days, I would say contact a senator.
