Hi,
First of all my apologies. I was not sure where to post this type of question. If there is a perticular discussion thread that I have overlooked then this will be my last post here. Please let me know what it is.
I have recently applied for my EAD. The question I have is Can I start a company on EAD? Any restrictions like H1B? Does it make any difference if I register it on my spouse\'s name? Has anyone tried this before? How does it effect your legal status? Any Tax related issues?
This topic im sure might have been discussed here before. If so please let me know where to look for. Otherwise, this would be a great discussion for all the souls waiting for their GC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
