Started Perm Process, visitor visa for parents

Hi,

I'm on H1B visa status, and the compnay started the PERM process few weeks ago. My parents are willing to visit me in USA within 6 months and they applied for a visitor visa. The USA Consulate asked them that I send an Invitation letter, Copy of my passport and Copy of my Visa status (which will be the approval of H1B, which is all I have for that)to support their application.
My question: is there any impact on the PERM process? or any other next step for the green card?
