Start up with no rev

Anyone works in startup company that has no real, but only projected revenue got 485 approved? Did the INS ask for info about the company, financial/tax documents?

My sponsor was a start-up that has very tiny revenue and I still get mine approved. I think it has more to do with whether they have the cash to pay you salary than whether they are making money.
 
hi Yee Man, thanks for the information. the start-up i am going to be with has only 3 employees and with a current sereis A funding of little over half million(can last for about a year to Dec 2003). Hopefully the product can be shipped late this year as planned. And my 485 RD is Feb/2001.

Did you get an RFE? What info is asked? I am afraid of getting an RFE on the company finance late this year when product shippment slips and lots of cash burnt. INS may suspect that the comapny wont be able to pay me for too long...

I am really living on the edge these days, would you please share your experience a little more since it is very educational for me...:( :confused:
