Can a TN be issued only when performing pre-arranged services for a US entity that involves monetary compensation?
What about compensation that may involve an equity percentage? ( not to the point of controlling shareholder ).
Start up company A would like to arrange for the temporary engagement of an individual's services in line with an existing TN occupation. However, since company A is a start up there is no contract or agreement for monetary compensation, only agreement for equity percentage.. which may or may not be worth anything of course depending on company success and funding.
