start-up company and H1

I am a US citizen and am starting a new company. I need to bring on employees (and maybe a co-founder) immediately. How difficult is it with a new company? Do I need to make sure I incorporate in a particular way that makes the visa issue easier? References to any websites that could help would be appreciated.
 
If it was start-up w/ very few employees, most likely it is considered as H1 dependent employer. You must go through extra steps such as paying more than certain amount, proving you did enough effort to hire US citizen..
