Hi,
While I was on OPT, my company filed the H1 for me with starting date Oct 1st 2004. We got the approval notice only on Oct 14th, so my employer started my H1 salary only from November. So in my W2, I have only 2 months salary but my H1 begins from Oct 1st.
Will this be a problem for the chennai consulate ?
