Start a Business on EAD

My current situation:
My Wife and I work on H1B. I appplied for greencard through employment.
Got my I-140 approved and we both have EAD's now(I-485 pending).
I currently work for the company that filed for my GC
Wife filed a dependent I-485 and got EAD on me (Primary)

Questions:
Can she start a business on EAD and work as a owner/CEO/President of C-corp?
Some people say one cannot start a S-corp on EAD, but dont seem to know why..Why is that?
I know people say u can start a company even on a visa blah blah...but i wanted to see if anyone knows a clear answer and legal implications.

I checked with a lawyer about it and he goes: "I recommend her to keep her H1B with the employer who she will be working
for and start the business on EAD"
Does that mean one can use both? Does anyone really know what one means when they say "Use the EAD"?
I am really frustrated that even immigration lawyers donot know answer to a simple question :
"Can i do a business legally with the status i have?"

Pls donot answer if you are not sure..

Am Runing a My Own Construction Bussines , i dont have GC i have only EAD
i registred with county i got cerified For My bussines it LLC
hy dont matter
