I request the moderator to post his standards for this board. What do you consider offensive? Where do you draw the line between constructive disagreement and unruly behaviour? What does a member have to do, to have his/her user ID deleted from this forum?

I ask these questions to give a chance to the moderator to explain his/her position, and also to give all members a good understanding of what to expect from immigrationportal.com.

Please answer, and please make this thread "sticky".

To make this thread useful, it would be beneficial to have ONLY the moderator reply and keep this thread free of discussion among members.

Its troll time again!! :) :) :)

This new troll is the same one that bothered us in Aug/Sept under 3-4 user id's (and subsequently got banned).... Same IP, same Destination Ping !
