Stamping with Coutsey Copy at Newark

Does Newark INS office accept Courtsey copy for passport stamping?

My lawyer tells me now that he has received only courtsey copy, and not original? It\'s already 19 days passed after approval.

He told extaly the same thing to me also. I told you he already has our Approval Notices.

He told me he has got the approval notice, He also didn\'t tell me if it was only courtsey copy or original?? I didn\'t ask either. I read before that people have gone for PP stamping with courtsey copy only. Hey what else do we need to take??

Fantoosh and aanadi guy. Thanks for your info. These are the documents we have to take as per one of my friend who already stamped

1. I-94(It is attached to the PP)
2. EADs(If any..)
3. Advance Parole(If any..)
4. Drivers License
5. Original Passport
6. Approval Notice(Orignial)(Not sure that we can take courtesy copy..)
7. Two photographs

Did they ask you for Paystub/W2 at stamping? (at Newark)
