Stamping the passport

I need some advice from people who has already passed the GC stamp in the passport.
The INS require Arrival/Daparture records, I-94, passport and 2 photos. What are the Arrival/Daparture records? Are these
the I-94 forms or something else. Is the INS strict about the photo requirements? I have some photos taken not very long ago
and I wonder if I could go with them.

Had the some doubt ..but no..

I94 and Arrival/Departure record is same. Do not why they mentioned it with "AND". I did not have any problems at the time of stamping. These are the docs you need

1. I94 or Arr/Dep record
2. Approval courtesy copy (may not be original)
3. 2 Immigration passport photos.
4. EAD and AP (if any)

I am also confused about this Arrival/Departure record. It seems that it is different than the I-94 form. I do not remember
to have such kind of paper. They gave me an I-94 at the port of entry.
