Hello,

I have been in USA more than two years.

Six months back my daughter and wife went back to India to show our newborn baby.

I'm planning to visit my parents and bring back my wife and daughter from India to Atlanta.



My visa expired in July 2001. My H1-B extension under my previous employer where I got laid-off in Feb'2002, is valid until June 2003.

I transferred my H1-B to another company.

Could you let me know the documents I need to furnish to get my visa renewed in my passport when I visit India in November'2002? I will be in India for about 10 business days.

Is this duration enough to get my visa renewed?
