stamping question with Canadian Immigration

I just received my courtesy copy of the approval letter and am about to go for stamping but here is a question.

I am(was) a Canadian Immigrant. I just went there once for landing(3 years ago), and my passport has the Canadian 'immigrant' letter stapled to it. When I go for stamping tomorrow, will it cause any concern??

PS - I havent been back to Canada since, and by virtue of the minimum number of days/year I need to be there, that status no longer valid.

I was in the same situation and got my GC Stamped and have received the GC in mail . You should also not have any problem with the Canadian Landed Immigrant Stamp.
