Stamping Issue

I have transfered my H1B to Company B but never went on its payroll. I am still working for company A and also getting its paystubs. I am planning to leave for my home country next month.
Do I need to get my visa stamped (for company B) from my home country when I return back to US or there is no need as I am still working for company A and have its paystubs?

How come you are working on Comapny A when you tansfered your visa to Company B? Your I-94 (attached with I-797) from company B will override the previous I-94. Consult an immigration lawyer ASAP.
